Regency Gardens (Belgium)

The Regency Garden project is the combination of a completely renovated historic building from the 1560s with new build. As of mid-2023, 23 apartments and 3 row houses around two peaceful, green-planted inner patios will form a new residential pearl in Keizerstraat in the centre of the old city of Antwerp.

Eiland (Belgium)

Comfortable and luxurious living

This eye-catching 7-storey residential building with a commercial ground floor and 29 good quality high-tech apartments is located at the foot of the MAS art museum in the Eilandje (island) district. Designed by Binst Architects, the building is a nod to Gaudi’s Spanish architecture with its beautifully rounded terrace railings.

This 9-storey office building is located in the centre of Antwerp, right at the entrance to the Brabant Tunnel under Operaplein (Opera square), a 3-minute walk from the Meir and Keizerlei. A building permit application has been submitted to convert the building into a commercial space and more than 20 luxury apartments and 36 parking spaces.

Adjacent to the City Park and the main avenues in Antwerp, this renovated office building has 7 levels above ground with a total built surface area of 1,400m² and 21 underground parking spaces. The large windows ensure plenty of light and a feeling of spaciousness. The building is equipped with the latest technologies and is leased to the stock market-listed American medical company IQVIA MedTech.

Together with Leuven city services and the leading architectural firm Buur-Sweco, it is in the running for a new, large-scale, phased development.

Kiryat Ata is a suburb of Haifa, in Israel, and is located in the area around the Northern Israeli port and the famous Mount Carmel. When P.World purchased residential real estate here it made a strategic decision to be present in this growing city, where the economy is developing at an accelerated pace.
